At protechng, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may return items within [3days] of receipt for a refund, provided that:
The items are unused and in their original packaging.
The items are not customized or made-to-order products.
Refund Process
You will be receiving only 60 % of the money you paid after you meet up with the first two criteria above
To initiate a return:

Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Clearly label the package with your RMA number and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless ,
And a vat of 5% will be withdrawn from the initial money been paid for the product.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within [10-15business days] and credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item,
Firstly products purchased through pre-order can’t be sub changed to another product,
And an additional 6.5 % vat would be added on the total amount of the new goods about to be collected.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure a prompt resolution.
